Celebrity nutritionist Nmami Agarwal suggests, start your day with an apple. Yes, you heard us. One medium apple contains about 95 calories, zero fat, one gram protein, 23 grams carbohydrate, 19 grams of natural sugar and three grams fibre, as per an article on the official website of The School Of Public Health, Harvard. Nmami Agarwal further took to Instagram to share a short video describing the benefits of having this super healthy fruit early in the morning

“Apple or Coffee…What would you prefer to wake you up in the morning?!” she captioned the post. She further says, “Apple no caffeine but natural sugar that wakes you up in the morning.” Besides the natural sugar in apple helps provide sustainable energy that helps you keep moving throughout the day. It also contains adequate amount of fibre to control body’s blood sugar levels.
