Minced chicken is marinated in tandoori masalas and then coated in the signature chicken nugget-style to give this crunchy snack.

Desi Chicken Nugget Recipe: How To Make Tandoori Chicken Nugget At Home

Grind together minced chicken and bread crumbs. Add the tandoori marination ingredients like yoghurt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and more. Mix this well, you will get a wet and soft dough. Spread the dough in a plate and cut squares using a knife, don’t remove the squares from the plate. Freeze this for an hour or so. Next, whisk eggs and spread breadcrumbs on a plate. Take each frozen chicken square and dunk in the egg, coat it with bread crumbs and then deep fry them till they are golden brown.
