Heat oil in a tawa and start by sauteing chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Stir fry till the raw smell of the ginger and garlic goes away. Next, add the diced onion and chicken. Fry well. Season with salt, garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Fry on high flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and the chicken tawa boti is ready!
