The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power OTT release date
The show is inspired by the events mentioned in the author J.R.R. Tolkien’s history of Middle-earth beyond The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. The Rings of Power is the most expensive series to be produced in the history of OTTs. The show has a reported budget of $465 million for the first season. The show is being produced by Amazon Studios and it is betting big for the show.
For the fans of the show, you do not have to wait much longer to watch this epic series unravel. The Lord of the Rings release date is September 2, 2022. It will debut on Amazon Prime Videos and just like House of Dragon, the show will be released one episode a week.
The demand for the fantasy genre has increased over the years. Within three years, we have witnessed The Witcher and Shadow and Bone on Netflix and The Wheel of Time on Amazon Prime Videos. Disney+ Hotstar is also entering the race with its fantasy adventure Willow. But with the debut of the original classic fantasy of Lord of the Rings, things are definitely going to get a lot more interesting.
