All you have to do for this recipe is, heat clarified butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Now, add the potatoes and stir-fry. Once the potatoes become light brown, add red chilli powder, salt and sugar. Continue to stir fry until well combined. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and serve. Vratwale khatte meethe aloo are ready! PS: Add 1 tbsp of tamarind paste to the recipe for that extra hint of flavour.
