To begin with the recipe, wash the chicken wings. Make small and sharp cuts on the skin of the wings and spread ginger- garlic paste all over them.
Now, brush the wings with olive oil or any oil you prefer. Take a large mixing bowl, add paprika powder, red chilli powder, oregano, salt and black pepper. Mix it well. Add chicken wings in the same bowl and mix the wings with the spice mixture properly.
