Chilli Garlic Paratha Recipe: Make This Spicy And Flavourful Paratha For Breakfast

Parathas are one of the most loved breakfast options in North India. You can have them as is or stuff them with any filling of your choice. Liquid wheat flour batter is combined with butter, chilli flakes, green chillies and garlic mixture. It is then spread on a tawa to form the shape of a paratha until it cooks evenly from both the sides. You can make this yummy paratha for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Chilli Garlic Paratha Recipe: How To Make Chilli Garlic Paratha 

First, add softened butter, grated garlic, chilli flakes, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix well. (The butter must be at room temperature.) Now, in a separate bowl, add atta and salt. Add water in batches and combine well to form a batter. Add the butter mixture to this batter and mix well. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour the batter on it and spread it evenly to form the shape of a paratha. Allow it to cook evenly from both the sides. Chilli garlic paratha is ready!
