It’s not just you who finds it tricky to take cooking directions from your mother as actor Karanvir Bohra seems to have faced the same struggle. The actor recently shared a hilarious Instagram Reel where he is seen learning to make roti from his mother. However, not everything goes as planned.
The clip opens with Karanvir Bohra happily attempting to make roti as his mother stands beside him for guidance. He keeps cooking the roti from one side when his mother asks him to flip it through some gestures. The actor confirms the next step with his mother but doesn’t get the directions right. Instead of flipping the chapatti, he ends up turning the pan upside down, causing his mother to leave with disappointment.
He is then also seen retrieving the roti from the flame and nearly burning his hand in the process. “When you just can’t understand your mother. Please tell me, meri kya galti hai (Please tell me, what is my fault?)” the caption read.

The video soon garnered over 64,000 views on the platform and resonated with many users. “Just like my mother,” one person wrote. Another wrote, “very funny” while others reacted through laughing and heart emoticons.
