The unique feature gained attention through a viral Instagram video. The video showcases a horizontal slot beside the sink, discovered by citizens in Japan. Instructions for using the device are provided below the attached slot. To utilize it, the mobile phone is inserted horizontally into the slot, as demonstrated in the video. The instructions emphasise the importance of gently placing smartphones inside the slot and avoiding hand entry. The slot sanitises the phones using a hydrological cycle system and deep ultraviolet rays.
