The stall vendor chopped some khatta meetha aam papad, added some chunks of totapari aam papad followed by a cherry pink version, and finally, some dried kesar aam papad and a thin slab of sour aam papad. The street vendor topped the aam papad assortment with a red chutney along with a mix of masalas. If the viral video has made you crave some tasty aam papad, you can make it right in your own home. Blend the pulp of the mangoes with some sugar and a little bit of salt. Take a plastic sheet and spread the pulp evenly on it. Place the sheets under the sun to dry them out. Once the upper layer is dry, turn it over and dry it some more until there is no moisture left.
