How To Ensure The Paneer Is Perfectly Crisp?

Take care to deep fry the paneer pieces on medium flame. If the oil is not hot enough, the paneer may turn out soggy later. If the oil is too hot, you risk burning the snack. It is also important to not crowd the oil with too many pieces at once. After frying, remember to drain the pieces of excess oil on absorbent paper or using a cooling rack. Don’t allow them to sit too long on the paper. Ensure that you properly cover the paneer pieces with the breadcrumbs. You can also use other ingredients to get a crispy coating, as discussed below.
