Recently, a video of a man from the United Kingdom making authentic Rajasthani mirchi vada went viral on the internet.

The video was shared by Instagram user Jake Dryan who goes by the handle @plantfuture. In the now-viral video, we can see him making Rajasthani mirchi vada from scratch and tasting it towards the end. What grabbed our attention is the way he mixes all the ingredients by hand instead of using a spoon or whisker. “Mirchi vada.
