Popular Danish restaurant, Noma is shutting its doors next year in 2024. For the unversed, Noma, founded in 2003, has claimed the title of the world's top restaurant several times. It opens seasonally and is famously difficult to make a reservation. But fret not, it is not forever! The iconic eatery in Copenhagen, Denmark, is expected to reopen in a new capacity. Chef and co-owner Rene Redzepi took to social media to make the announcement. "To continue being NOMA we must change. Noma as you know it is closing as we begin a new chapter.
