Gudi Padwa marks the beginning of the traditional Hindu New Year in the states of Maharashtra, Goa, and parts of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. It signifies the onset of spring and the harvest season. Recently, on the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, the Mumbai Indians IPL team came together to celebrate and enjoyed a traditional Maharashtrian thali .
