Indian diners too have taken a liking to Japanese cuisine, flavours and techniques. So when INJA opened its doors recently in Delhi's vibrant food and dining space, we knew we were in for something new and different.Culinary experiments and hours of creativity have birthed INJA - the concept dining restaurant in Friends Colony's Manor Hotel.
