Time and again, we have been told how caffeine is not good for us, especially coffee, which contains too much of the caffeine. But, contradicting this notion, there have also been some studies that say that coffee is actually good for heart health. And now there's another study that claims drinking coffee may even lower the risk of death. As reported by ANI, the study found that compared to non-coffee drinkers, adults who drank a moderate amount of coffee every day were less likely to die during a 7-year follow up period.
