Gujarati Choorma Ladoo Recipe I How To Make Choorma Ladoo At Home:

Start with mixing ghee and dry roasted atta in a bowl. Gradually add lukewarm water to the mix and knead well. Prepare a dough and cut small portions out of it.

Now, heat ghee in a pan and fry the sticks until crispy. Once done, cool the sticks down and grind them in a blender. To it add grated jaiphal.

Heat the ghee and melt the jaggery and add to the choorma. Mix everything well. Finally, shape them into ladoos and coat with poppy seeds. And you have a bowlful of delicious choorma ladoos ready without any fuss.
