All you have to do for this recipe is, heat clarified butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Now, add the potatoes and stir-fry. Once the potatoes become light brown, add red chilli powder, salt and sugar. Continue to stir fry until well combined. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and serve.
