To begin with, wash, and roughly chop spinach leaves. Don’t let the leaves dry out; leave some water. Slice the garlic thinly. Add a tablespoon of milk to the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and gently whisk the eggs until the yolk is well combined.

Heat a cast iron skillet (or any other frying pan) over low-medium heat and add the chopped spinach, garlic, and salt to taste. Allow the leaves to wilt before removing them from the skillet.
