But, most importantly, it is loaded with many immunity-boosting ingredients. “Winter is coming and so is cough, cold and flu! 1. Masala Chai 

Masala chai may just be another cup of bliss for tea lovers. But it is flavoured with spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and star anise, which lend in their disease-fighting antioxidants. Do include a small cup of masala tea in your diet. 

2. Tomato Peppercorns Soup 

Prepared with cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns and of course tomatoes, this steaming warm soup will soothe your throat and soul at once.

3. Makki Ki Roti, Sarson ka Saag 

A winter special delicacy that you can’t help but gorge on, Makki ki Roti and Sarson ka Saag. The Saag is made with a blend of winter greens such as sarson, methi and palak, which lend in tons of nutrients and immunity-boosting properties.

4. Bajre Ki Khichdi 

Bajra Khichdi is rich in protein. It also has a good amount of insoluble fibre, which acts as a prebiotic and helps in the growth of probiotics (good bacteria)

5.Sonth ke Ladoo

Here is another ladoo recipe, which is prepared with the goodness of ginger powder, coconut, whole wheat flour and loads of nuts. Ginger powder, as we all know, has powerful antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, which boost the immune system, and also help to fight infection.
