  • Mix everything thoroughly. Add seasonings like red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric and salt, as required. Once the masala is ready, add leftover sabzi and 2 tablespoons of pav bhaji masala.
  • When the bhaji reaches the ideal thick consistency, continue mashing the vegetables with a fork while adding water as needed. Add some chopped green chillies and 1 cube of butter if you prefer the taste of butter and enjoy!
