To start with, heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and wait until the onion turns translucent. Now, add garlic paste and saute for a minute on low to medium heat.

Add boiled and mashed sweet corn. Season with red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes.

The next step is to thoroughly mash the leftover boiled rice in a bowl. Add the veggie mixture and 2 tbsp roasted sooji to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to create a thick mixture.
