Mumbai (Gujarat) [India], November 19: Ahead of the Maharashtra elections, renowned dominant lingayat chieftain and social reformer, Dr. Vijay Jangam, founder Urja foundation, highlights his tireless efforts to uplift more than 1 lac marginalized families. As a national working President of Akhil Veershaiv Lingayat Mahasangh, Dr. Jangam has dedicated his life to uniting and strengthening the Veershaiv Lingayat Samaj across India and particularly in the state of Maharashtra.
Through Urja foundation, Dr. Jangam has pioneered initiatives like

Dr. Jangam emphasizes the role of policy in improving the lives of marginalised people. He is the chieftain of the Lingayat community in Maharashtra and has made significant contributions to positively impacting the lives of many families. He strongly advocates now, that given the role of the community in shaping India’s history, the community has faced marginalization in Maharashtra’s political sphere.
