A real shock to the system! Clearly, he was duped by the third-party seller on the ecommerce platform. But when he decided to contact Flipkart for return and refund, the company declined. The reason given by the company is that the product was received as the OTP was shared with the delivery person. Turns out, Flipkart is running a pilot process where customers have to open the package and verify the content before sharing the OTP! That is the Flipkart rule! Never share OTP with delivery person before checking what is in the package
