Here Are The Three Diet Tips Suggested By Celebrity Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar:

1. Try to Walk Around

The health expert stated that whenever she is out, she takes the opportunity to walk around and explore the local culture. This gives you a better understanding of the area, as well as the food available. 

2. 5 Surya Namaskars

It is difficult to follow a fitness regime while travelling. Obviously, you won’t be able to carry your workout equipment. But, Rujuta Diwekar suggested an easy trick to squeeze in some healthy workout. All you have to do is perform 5 surya namaskars in the morning, and you will be all set for the day. 

3. Have Rice For Dinner

While travelling we are bound to gorge on yummy snacks and junk food. While you cannot restrict yourself from relishing the enticing indulgences, the nutritionist has a tip you can follow in your dinner to wash away all your foodie sins. She said that eating rice for dinner can compensate for all the not-so-healthy meals.
