Salmon is a widely eaten fish variety, known for its array of health benefits. Bursting with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and high-quality proteins, salmon stands as a true nutritional powerhouse. But did you know, you could make a crispy and crunchy snack out of its skin? Wondering how to peel it off? Well, a video showing an easy hack to peel off salmon skin is going viral on the internet. The clip was shared by Jasmine Leaf (@jazzleaf_) and Joey Wellness (@joey_wellness), who demonstrate this instant hack and also share a fun recipe using salmon skin. The clip instantly reveals the trick with Joey saying, “Apparently, if you boil water and pour it over salmon the skin peels off right away.” As they pour water on top of the sliced salmon, the corners of the skin can be seen separating.

Next, they grease the salmon skin with olive oil on each side, sprinkle some salt and black pepper, and pop it in the oven for 10 minutes. While the salmon skin is getting nice and crispy, the two begin to prepare the fish. Firstly, they begin by seasoning the salmon with salt and pepper. Next, they place it on top of the heated pan with olive oil. After one side is cooked, they repeat the process on the other side. While the second side is still being cooked, they add a butter cube to the pan with garlic and rosemary.
