In a culinary adventure, four sisters hailing from Sikkim, now living in Chandigarh, decided to introduce their homeland’s flavours to this union territory. In the video, one of the four sisters can be seen expertly deep-frying cheese and paneer phaley. Once they are perfectly golden, she serves them up on a paper plate, alongside some chutneys. In the clip, she also shares, “Actually hum log Sikkim se hai, to hum bahut proud feel karte hai Sikkim ko leke [Actually we are from Sikkim and we feel extremely proud about that].”
