India is a basket filled to the brim with flavours. The rich delicacies of the country attract people from all over the world. From a variety of savoury dishes to scrumptious snacks and desserts, there is no dearth of options to relish. Recently, a YouTuber from the US went around Delhi exploring street food in the national capital. He tried everything, from kulhad pizza to hotdogs; but besides the food, there was something else that the blogger was impressed by. He met a teenage schoolboy and offered to buy his food. While the blogger insisted, the boy politely refused to win the hearts of many on the Internet.
In the video, Chris reaches a food cart selling hotdogs and other food items and orders one in no time. As he talks to the vendors, a schoolboy arrives to eat at the cart. Chris asks the boy if he had eaten the hotdog before to which the boy replies that it was his first time. The blogger then offers to pay for the boy’s order and says, “This one is my treat. What do you want? My treat, I will pay for you”.

The boy responds to Chris’ sweet gesture with a smile and looks at the menu to order something. As Chris reiterates that he will pay for the boy’s order, the school kid stresses that he will get a hotdog, “But I will pay, don’t worry”. Later in the video, Chris and the boy together enjoy their hotdog.
The video amassed more than 1.4 million views on the platform where many appreciated the boy for not letting Chris pay for his order.
“Soft and well-spoken boy. He did not take up on your offer to pay for the hotdog. He has dignity too,” a user wrote. Another said, “That kid is so well-mannered! He stole the show.”
