Manisha Koirala Hopes To “Keep Up” With Having Only Salad For Lunch

It is not always easy to stick to a healthy diet, especially if you are a foodie. But if we want to be fit, we have to make sacrifices and practice dietary discipline. We are taking our cue from actress Manisha Koirala, who seems to understand our plight. On her Insta stories, Manisha recently posted a photo of a healthy veggie salad, with lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. She wrote, "My toughest nutritionist @rachnarestores allowing only this lunch... Let's hope I can keep this up!" The salad dressing was not evident - but the photo seems to suggest she added some extra virgin olive oil, along with salt and pepper. We also spotted some boiled eggs in the background.
