Government has decided to levy taxes on online gaming companies on the total funds deposited to play online games and not on every bet, Reuters quoted Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman as saying on Wednesday.Last month, the government said it had decided to impose 28% tax on funds that online gaming companies collect from their customers for every bet. Noida, Jun 28 (PTI) The use of an advanced Artificial Intelligence-based face recognition software has helped the Uttar Pradesh Police arrest 87 suspected cheats who appeared in a government recruitment exam at centres across the state, officials said on Wednesday.They said while the maximum number of suspects were arrested in Lucknow (11), a total of 12 were nabbed in Gautam Buddh Nagar and Ghaziabad districts, adjoining Delhi.
