Relief! Blood Oxygen App to Be Removed From Apple Watch Avoid Ban, Masimo Says

 An Apple Inc. software fix to remove the blood oxygen saturation feature from its devices following an import ban was approved by the US, according to Masimo Corp.

Masimo, based in Irvine, California, made the disclosure in a letter dated Jan. 15. The US customs agency and Apple haven’t commented on the move.
