The picture, shared on Instagram stories, was taken at Mira Kapoor’s home. If there’s one thing that Mira Kapoor always ensures, it is that she fine-tunes her diet with the season. She had recently posted a picture of a hearty bean salad that she ate during peak summers. It was a French bean salad with tahini and peanut dressing. The beans were parboiled and paired with a creamy fatty dressing as per traditional principles. “The weather has changed drastically and is so hot, sometimes you just need to eat something cooling,” she explained in the post. She further added that she would not usually eat salad, but it was just because of the heat that she chose to have it. Click here to read more about this story.
