We are taking our cue from actress Manisha Koirala, who seems to understand our plight. On her Insta stories, Manisha recently posted a photo of a healthy veggie salad, with lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. She wrote, “My toughest nutritionist @rachnarestores allowing only this lunch… Let’s hope I can keep this up!” The salad dressing was not evident – but the photo seems to suggest she added some extra virgin olive oil, along with salt and pepper.
