Mix rice flour, urad dal heeng, salt, and butter to form a dough. Let it rest for at least half an hour. Now add small parts of murukku dough to the press machine. Make small roundels of the murukku and drop them in hot oil. Deep fry till they are crispy and crunchy. Then serve and enjoy!
