To make these protein balls, you only need roasted peanuts, jaggery and sesame seeds. You can literally make these balls with just three ingredients. To begin with, first, we need to lightly roast the peanuts in a pan.

Transfer the peanuts to a mixer grinder and blend well to form a smooth paste. Now, add the jaggery and sesame seeds. (Make sure that the jaggery that you are using is soft). Grind well. Once done, transfer the mixture to a plate and shape into tablespoon-sized balls using your hands. You can also sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy!
