  • Smoke some boiled potatoes, tomatoes, garlic and green chilli on grill.  
  • Once charred, deskin the vegetables and chop everything coarsely. 
  • Mash everything together, add common salt, black salt, red chilli, chaat masala and roasted jeera powder. 
  • Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, grated ginger and mustard oil and mix everything together.
