To begin with, you first need to fry dry fruits like cashew nuts, raisins and almonds on low-medium heat. Once done, keep aside. Then fry peanuts and poha. Add all these fried ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Then add a bowlful of sev.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and coriander seeds. Saute for a minute or so. Then, add curry leaves and dried chillies. Sauté again.
