Experience The Perfect Blend Of Local And Contemporary At Corby’s, Hyatt Centric Chandigarh

[ad_1]

We all look forward to spending quality time with our friends and family. And one of the best ways to do that is by catching up with them over a great meal. While there is a plethora of food places to choose from, there’s something about fine dining that makes our dining experience truly memorable. From stunning ambience, delectable food to impeccable service – it captivates all our senses as soon as you step inside it. And this is why we never miss a chance to visit one. So, if you want to visit a fine dining restaurant and give your loved ones that exact experience, you must try out Corby’s at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh.

The newly-opened Hyatt Centric is located in the heart of the city – Sector 17. This prime location provides a launchpad for leisure and business guests to explore popular hotspots around the city. The hotel’s multi-cuisine restaurant, Corby’s, is perfect for guests to enjoy a lavish spread featuring a wide variety of local and international delicacies. The restaurant derives its name from French architect, Le Corbusier, who designed the city. It celebrates his design philosophy against the vibrant bold culture of Punjab. This unique blend of local and contemporary reflects not only in their interiors but also their food menu. It offers a wide range of delectable dishes such as pizzas, dal mahkhni, pan-seared sole, Malerkotla murgh tikka and more.

We started off our meal with their classic non-vegetarian kebab platter that had assortments of scrumptious Malerkotla murgh tikka, ajwaini fish tikka, mutton seekh and chicken momos served with mint chutney. While they all tasted delicious, what stood out the most for us were the chicken momos. Super soft, juicy and flavourful – they were simply hard to resist! Next up, we had vegetable spring rolls served with sweet and spicy chutney, the crispy and crunchy outer crust and the softness from inside tasted extremely good.

For mains, we had Spicy Pulled Chicken Pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese. While the spice level of the pizza was slightly less according to our liking, what really grabbed our attention was that they were completely gluten-free. For the base, they have options for sourdough, amaranth and quinoa. We opted for the amaranth base and absolutely loved it! The spaghetti bolognese was extremely flavourful and wholesome.

Next up, we tried a few dishes from the Punjabi connect section in their menu. We were served Paneer Makhanwala, Attari Murgh and Handi Mutton along with Ghee Podi Naan, Lachha Paratha and Missi Roti. From their extensive Punjabi section, we highly recommend you try the attari murgh, paneer makhanwala and ghee podi naan. We wrapped up the meal with their Flourless 70% Callebaut Chocolate Cake and it really impressed us. The best part was that it was sugar-free and tasted as good as a regular chocolate cake.
