Winter-Special Recipe: How To Make Tamatar Shorba For Winter Indulgence:
To make this dish, we need tomato puree, water, crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, spring onion, bay leaf, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Heat some oil in a pan and cumin, bay leaf and ginger-garlic paste to it. Fry them together.
- Add crushed coriander seeds and mix again.
- Add tomato puree and salt to it and cook everything together.
- Add black pepper, turmeric powder and red chilli powder, and cook.
- Add water to it and simmer for some time.
- Finally, garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
