NASA Alert! A massive asteroid is rapidly approaching Earth

NASA has issued an alert about a massive asteroid that will come close to Earth later this month. The asteroid, known as 2023 CL3, is estimated to be around 656 feet wide. NASA has included it in the “Earth Close Approaches list”, which keeps track of space asteroids that need to be monitored. This particular asteroid is more than twice the size of the Statue of Liberty. The Statue of Liberty, a famous landmark in New York, stands at a height of 305 feet when you consider the base and 151 feet when you only include the female figure. If an asteroid of that size were to collide with Earth, it could cause significant damage. That's why space agencies consider any asteroid larger than a certain size that comes within 4.65 million miles of Earth as "potentially hazardous." Asteroid 2023 CL3...

3280-foot monster asteroid heading towards Earth; Check out this terrifying planet-killer

Asteroid 2022 AP7, which measures 1-2 km (3280.84 feet is equal to 1 km) in diameter poses a huge threat to Earth. Is there a chance this terrifying asteroid will hit? In a critically important development, the constant quest to detect dangerous asteroids that are heading towards Earth has just borne fruit. A terrifying asteroid has been found. Scientists have encountered a planet-killer monster asteroid, which can be lethal for our planet! Scott Sheppard of the Carnegie Institution for Science and his team of colleagues have observed, not just one, but 3 asteroids, one of which is said to be a ‘planet-killer' and it has been named Asteroid 2022 AP7. The most worrying part is that it is the largest potentially hazardous asteroid found in the last eight years, measuring between 1.1-2....

Gigantic 110-foot Asteroid 2022 QZ6 to zoom past Earth on Wednesday

A gigantic 110 feet wide asteroid named Asteroid 2022 QZ6 is expected to zoom past Earth tomorrow- Wednesday. Here’s what you need to know. Nasa defines asteroids as rocky, airless remnants left over from the early formation of our solar system about 4.6 billion years ago. Most of them can be found orbiting the Sun between Mars and Jupiter within the main asteroid belt. Asteroids come in all shapes and sizes, with the largest being nearly 530 kilometers in diameter called Vesta. Earth is being bombarded with asteroids this year. August alone has seen more than 35 asteroids passing by Earth closely. Now, another one is on its way.Asteroid 2022 QZ6 to zoom past EarthA 110 feet wide asteroid named Asteroid 2022 QZ6 is expected ...
