To begin with the recipe, you first need to boil soya chunks, tomato, 2-3 dry red chillies, and ginger for about 4-5 minutes. Once done, peel off the outer skin of the tomatoes.

The second step is to grind this mixture into the grinder. Transfer the paste to a large bowl. Add in the seasonings according to the taste.

Prepare the dosa batter and set it aside for a few hours.

Once the batter is ready, spread it on a non-stick tawa. Wait until the dosa gets cooked on both the sides.

Add the filling and cover it with another side. Your nutri dosa is ready to be savoured. Have it as is or pair it with sambar, the choice is yours!
