She took to Instagram to share the recipe of this super easy and healthy walnut cake. The usage of oat flour and pureed dates instead of refined flour and sugar is what makes this cake extremely healthy. “Anyone fancy a healthy yummy tea cake? Let’s do this! Sooo good!” she wrote in the caption of the post. So, without much ado, let’s take a look at the recipe: 

Walnut Cake Recipe: How To Make Walnut Cake 

To begin with the recipe, first, add rolled oats, oat flour, pureed dates, chia seeds, vanilla essence, baking powder, salt and chopped walnuts in a baking tin. Combine well and spread out the mixture evenly. Now, in a pan, add coconut oil, pureed dates, walnuts and a dash of honey to caramelise the walnuts. Once done, arrange the caramelised walnuts over the oats mixture and bake at 200 C for 25 minutes. Walnut cake is ready!
